Every Ocha hat starts with a conversation. You book a time, you come to the studio, and you sit down with Yan. No rushing, no guessing. Just a real conversation about who you are and what you want to wear.

Build Your Hat
Choose your shape from Yan's hat wall. Choose your felt, your color, your band, your details. Then Yan uses a conformateur — a precision tool that maps the exact shape of your head — to ensure your hat fits only you. Literally no one else.
